  • This guide explains the importance of having a legal will and power of attorney documents in place. It goes through some of the information you should think about before making these major decisions.

  • This is the information about you & what you want to do. Please complete this information accurately as it will be the basis for our discussion and legal documents. The questionnaire asks you who you want to be your executor & power of attorney, where you would like your assets and who will look after you if you can’t. Bequests, organ donation funeral arrangements and last wishes are all covered to provide information for a well thought out and written estate plan.

We’ll contact you to make a booking to discuss your situation and prepare documentation

  • At this meeting, we will have a discussion about your current financial situation, what you would like to achieve regarding your estate plan, what can be done to improve your situation and confirm it is all correct before you have your estate documents drawn up by a qualified solicitor. This meeting can be in office or performed via Zoom/Telephone call.

We’ll provide you with the documentation for signing

  • There are a lot of pages to sign to get the documents legally binding. If you are in the office we can run through the paperwork signing. If you are remote, we can prepare and provide instructions for you to successfully implement them.

Your documents will be presented in Estate Planning Kit, compiling all your Estate Plan, Wills, Power of Attorney, Advanced Care Directives, Funeral Arrangements and Last Wishes all in one place so those left behind can pick up where you have let off.
